I've created a What's New page for the convenience of people who visit here regularly (of which there seem to be a fair number, surprisingly enough).
If you're visiting my site from the eModel photographer directory, then probably the first page you want to see is my Model Photography page. Or, you can browse around the site and come around to the Model Photography page at your convenience.
Quickly: I was born in 1971. I grew up in New Jersey. I was a computer nerd in school. I became a professional computer nerd in 1990. In 1994 I realized that I was really a New Yorker in a suburban person's body and moved to the Big Apple. In 1996 I achieved my then-goal of working for an investment bank, Credit Suisse First Boston. They shipped me off to London, England for two years between mid-1997 and mid-1999. I moved back to New York in June, 1999 and resigned in November. Now I'm Chief Technology Officer at Kiodex.
I live in downtown Manhattan in a loft apartment on Nassau Street. I'm right behind J&R Music World and a couple of blocks from where the World Trade Center once stood. I miss it.
I'm 30 years old (as of July 7, 2001).
I've been in and out of photography since high school and have mainly been interested in studio photography since 1994. I did a lot of studio work when I was working for CSFB because my job wasn't particularly interesting. For about two years after joining Kiodex, I had my head in technology and rarely surfaced. It didn't help that during this time, my darkroom was packed away in my closet. Recently I invested in some digital darkroom equipment and have working to make some contacts in the New York photo community.
On my Galleries and Tear Sheets page you can see some samples of my work. I also have a general Photography page where you can download my depth of field spreadsheet and read some articles that I have written. If you're just looking for photos of myself and my friends, visit my Snapshots page. If you aren't interested in either of those things, then you probably won't enjoy my site very much because at the moment it has about 16 megabytes of photo-related stuff on it and not a whole lot else.
I'm a member of the Amazon.Com associates program, along with everyone else. Get out your credit card out, and then take a look at my recommendations!
I also have some music recommendations.
I graduated from Watchung Hills Regional High School (WHRHS) in 1989 and would be interested in hearing from anyone from my class or from that school in general. I've only kept up with a couple of people. If you're interested in meeting other people from WHRHS or from your own school if it's not WHRHS, take a look at the Classmates site.
Please report any broken links. You don't have to give your name. You will be issued a number that you can use to collect your reward.
