Oksana

All the photos were shot with my Bronica SQ-Ai on Ilford XP2 Super.

There were quite a few good pictures from this session, so I'll put more up as soon as I get a chance to get back into the darkroom and print more frames.
A blatant ripoff of a photo by a more talented photographer. Oksana found the photo in the
Fashion Book and wanted me shoot a similar one. Compare mine to the
original by Jeanloup Sieff and tell me what you think.
I should have done something else with her legs. Dimitri Pavlov suggested that I cover
them with a shawl. Too late now, but his mock-up of
the effect in Photoshop was the best that I've received. He also created a nice reverse-vignette. The two derivative
images are copyright 1999 by Dimitri Pavlov.
Oksana almost veiled by a silk scarf.
Some more pictures with the scarf. The first is one of my favorites. It was printed at
grade 3 1/2. The other two were printed on grade 3, which was probably a mistake.
These were part of a set that was inspired by a Patrick Demarchelier photograph of Claudia
Schiffer.
